we will offer different size of inner spring units for abroad customers.we can also do special size for customers according to your requirement and all is after the heat-treatment.

usually the packing is 16~20pcs/bundle according to different size and 1x40ft will load around 1000~1200pcs for mix size.

SAFETY PACKING:

1). We will packing the bonnel inner spring units as 16~20pcs per bundle according to different size in order to control the safety when you discharge.
2). We will control the package thickness within 28~33cm.
3). Putting some oils on the surface of the bonnel inner spring units in order to avoid rust.
4). Using dry and no smell brown paper to separate each piece of bonnel inner spring units.
5). Each packing belt with two pc of clips in order to fasten and avoid package broken when loading and discharge.
6). The packing veneer will be high thickness like at least 30mm.
